Here’s the second part of the three part series on the Patriot Act. Again, I welcome any comments anyone might have.

With the upcoming election only days away, it’s important to remember exactly what our government can do when apathy prevails. Our responsibilities don’t end when the polls close. We have to choose our leaders wisely and speak up when injustice is done. Our government doesn’t always have our best interests in mind when implementing policies, passing bills or otherwise making decisions that impact our lives and our freedom.

The most patriotic thing that citizens can do is to question our leaders and hold them accountable.
